Officially, Master Long is the trainer of the palace guards. Unofficially, he is Shuyan’s personal Kung Fu tutor. A former military commander, Long is demanding and humourless but with a good heart, and he has a deep well of wisdom for the Princess to draw on – if only she’s willing to learn.
