The elusive nature of the temple is protected by Shan — the Great Master of the Mountain. It is believed that the Buddha brought forth the Vermillion Phoenix from the very embers in the sacred basin of mountain temple.
The rules of the Mountain Temple is that everyone who enters must discard their worldly titles and attachments at the door to become a disciple of the Phoenix Way. The Mountain Temple is a place of spiritual awakening and deep cultivation of understanding one’s true self.
